2. Processing when visiting this website
When you access this website, your browser transmits technically necessary information to the server. This is stored temporarily in a log file: IP address, date and time, time zone offset, content of the request, access status, volume of data transferred, referring page, browser, operating system and language. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the website.
3. Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the information you provide (name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in handling business enquiries appropriately. We need the details marked as required fields in order to process the enquiry; without them, processing is not possible. All other details are optional.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website uses only technically necessary cookies and local storage: the consent status and the selected appearance (light or dark). There is no analytics and no tracking; no third-party services are embedded. Fonts are served locally.
5. Recipients
Your data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary to perform a contract, where you have consented, or where there is a legal obligation. The web space is operated on our behalf by our hosting provider.
6. Retention period
Server log files are deleted after eight weeks at the latest. Data from contact enquiries is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless a contractual relationship arises from it and unless statutory retention obligations or the necessary safeguarding and enforcement of claims justify further storage. Where a contractual relationship arises, the data is deleted in accordance with the applicable retention and limitation periods.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
